Wilhelmina A. “Billie” Shaw, of Doylestown, formerly of Danboro, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. She was 96 and the wife of the late R. David Shaw, who passed in 2011.
Born in Danboro, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Lidie Hart Angeny. She grew up with loving sisters Margaret, Grace and is survived by sister, Alice Werner.
Billie was the Matriarch of her family and enjoyed tent camping, reading and the Doylestown Nature Club.
She is survived by and was the devoted mother of: Brett Shaw, his wife, Marie; Karen Hoyt, her husband, Stu and Chris Shaw (the late Ellen); the late Constance; the late Michael and daughter-in-law, Margie; grandmother of ten and great grandmother of twelve.
Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Billie’s name may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at the address above.
