Philip J. DeCicco of Warrington passed away on January 15, 2024. He was 95 and the husband for 47 years of the late Pauline Trollinger DeCicco.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Carmela Metzii DeCicco.
Philip started first grade not speaking English and at the age of sixteen graduated top of his class. He went on to attend Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor of Finance and Economics.
He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict, having many fond memories of this time in his life, including playing both basketball and baseball for the Air Force.
Philip worked in the banking industry for thirty-five years, retiring at age sixty in an effort to help his daughter through nursing school.
Mr. DeCicco was a lifelong Catholic and member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Nikki DeCicco, her four children and her nine grandchildren and sons: Chris DeCicco, his wife, Marianne, and their children: Brandon (Katie), Melissa and Nicole and Michael DeCicco, his wife, Joyce and their sons: David and Nathaniel and son: Patrick, his wife, Lizzie.
Services and interment were private.
