Lorraine H. Horvath, of Doylestown, died Saturday, March 3, 2018 at her residence. She was 88.
Born in Doylestown, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred Moyer Houssell.
Lorraine worked at Penn Engineering for 22 years as a data processing clerk.
She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ for over 50 years, active in the Salem Crafter’s. Her other passions included painting, drawing and gardening.
Lorraine was a devoted wife, mother and Mimi.
Surviving are her daughters: Betsy Horvath, of Quakertown and Margery Shepherd, her husband, Jason, of West Virginia; her granddaughter: Autumn Raine Shepherd; her sister: Charlene Buzby, of Red Hill, as well as nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service 11 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2018, at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, 2335 Lower State Road, Doylestown, where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lorraine’s name may be made to Salem United Church of Christ, 186 East Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
