Julie L. Strouse of Quakertown passed on May 3 at Quakertown Center. She was 62 and the husband of the late Dale Robert Brezner.
Born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland she was the daughter of Harry and Mary Lou Cosner Burmeister.
In her childhood, Julie traveled the world with her father while he was in the Air Force.
She graduated from Cental Bucks East High School. While attending school, she loved to play field hockey. Following college, Julie spent some time as a bartender and nurse’s aid in Florida. She returned to Pennsylvania and worked for Wehrung’s Hardware and Lumber where she met her late husband, Dale and had three children. She spent her final years supporting her children through college while working as a CNA for various companies.
She is survived by her three sons: Jordan, Logan and Aaron Brezner, her three siblings: Lester Strouse, Bill Burmeister, his wife, Carrie, Luanne Burmeister, her husband, Jack, as well as four nieces and nephews: John, Olivia, Ashley and Patrick Burmeister.
Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service at 6 p.m., Saturday, May 13, 2023 at East Swamp Church, 2405 East Swamp Road, Quakertown. Interment will be private.
