Grace Mills McClintock, a long-time resident of Plumsteadville, Pa., passed away in Carlsbad, California on March 29, 2024 at the age of 94. She was married to the late Donald McClintock for 30 years before he passed away in 2021. Born in Horsham, Pa., her parents were Conrad and Rose Farber. She was the proud, devoted and loving mother of Robb Mills, the late John Mills and Suzanne Mills Price.
In addition to her children, Robb (wife Debi) and Suzanne, she is survived by 4 grandchildren: MacKenzie Price, Jamieson Price, Justin Mills and Janese Mills; 2 great-grandchildren: Jaxon McDowell Mills and Ona Grace Scott and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her sister: Clara Robinson; sister-in-law, Edna Farber and daughter-in-law, Sherry Mills. She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris LeRoy and brother, Robert Farber.
Grace was a graduate of Doylestown High School. She worked briefly as a secretary for PennDOT before starting a family. After raising her 3 children, she returned to the work force, first as a teacher’s aide and then as the school secretary at Doyle Elementary School. She worked at Doyle for 17 years before retiring. She also served for many years as the trusted bookkeeper for a Bucks County real estate investor.
Grace loved reading, doing crossword puzzles, and gardening and taking care of her yard. Most of all, she treasured time spent at her home on Applebutter Road near Plumsteadville, where she lived for 71 years before moving to California in 2022 to live with her daughter.
Services and interment will be private.
