Gloria M. VanArtsdalen, a lifelong resident of Doylestown, passed over Monday, August 20, 2018 at her home with her family by her side. She was 91 and the wife of 67 years to the late Warren VanArtsdalen.
Born in Doylestown, Gloria was the daughter of the late Norman and Ethel Worman Miller.
Gloria attended Doylestown High School and was a member of Salem UCC for 91 years. Her faith was her outlook on life.
She enjoyed spending time with everyone, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the love of her life.
Gloria liked watching TV, reading and crafts. She loved sitting by the window and watching the birds come to her feeder, especially hummingbirds. Next time you see one please, with a smile, think of Gloria. She was loved by everyone. What a sweet soul she IS.
Gloria is survived by her two children: Joanne Beauseigneur and William VanArtsdalen, four grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her brother: Ronald Miller, his wife, Judy, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by three great-grandchildren, Angel, Jessie and Peyton and two sisters, Lorraine Nogradi and Carolyn Paul.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2018 at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, 2335 Lower State Road, Doylestown, where friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until the time the service. Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery, Sellersville.
