Geraldine Brauer

Geraidine M Brauer of Jamison, PA passed away on November 4, 2024, at home at the age of 98.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John J Ward and Mary Murray Ward.

In 1946 she married the love of her life George Washington Brauer Jr.

Together they went on to raise ten children. In addition to raising the children she worked a full-time job with Fisher and Porter in Warminster.

She loved people. Those who knew her well enjoyed her stories, as well as her laugh that would light up a room.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, George W Brauer, Jr; her sons George W Brauer, Ill and James E Brauer, her daughter Evelyn T Brauer Schultz, and her step grandson Charles H. HartkornShe is survived by her children: Harry S Brauer (Georgia), Florence M Grasley (Sheldon), Jean L Herstine, Charles M Brauer (June), William R Brauer, David A Brauer, RobertS Brauer (Stefanie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Reed and Steinbach Funeral home where family will greet guests from 10 a.m., until the time of the service. Interment will be private.
