Evelyn A. Kuller, a lifelong resident of Doylestown passed away on Friday, March 27 at Doylestown Hospital. She was 80 and the wife of the late A. Lindley Kuller.
She was the daughter of the late Rowland and Margaret E. Culver Worthington.
Evelyn worked in a family restaurant, Charlotte’s, for many years before becoming the “lunch lady” at Titus Elementary School in Warrington. Her many years of service there resulted in funny stories often told over and over again by family.
She was an active church member all of her life. After retirement for health reasons she stayed active, caring for multiple grandchildren in her home until her health declined
Evelyn loved to cook, garden and playing cards until illness made these activities too difficult as well.
She was loved by all and everyone called her “Grams” and will be missed by many.
She is survived by her daughters: Emily Fly, Mary DeVitis, and her son, Charles Kuller, his wife, BonnieJean; her grandchildren: Jennifer, Joshua, Jessica, Katelyn, Zachary, his wife, Jamie; Alyssa, her husband, Michael, Gil, Brookelyn, Sebastian, Raelin and Charleigh; and great-grandson Zachary, as well as her brother, Kenneth Worthington, his wife Patricia and her sister, Margaret Friling, her husband Wayne and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 6 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 3668 Ridge Road, Perkasie. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
