Eugenia P. Rosa Frisco of Doylestown, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 9 surrounded by her family.
Eugenia was born in Poland, having suffered and survived the atrocities of World War II. Her mother, Katarzyna Rosa, perished while her father, Stanislaw Rosa and brother, Albin Rosa were fighting with the Free Polish Army. Eugenia was now on her own as a child to survive. She was guided to an orphanage in Africa by the Free Polish Army. When Eugenia turned 18, she was granted amnesty to England where she was reunited with her father and brother. Eugenia and her father later moved to America.
Eugenia is survived by her loving husband, William A. Frisco Jr.; her daughter, Lynda Martin; son, Michael Martin and daughter, Debbie Crider, as well as her grandchildren: Shannon Crider and Stephanie Crider.
Friends are invited to her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Barn Chapel at National Shrine of Our Lady of Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown. Interment will follow Mass in Our Lady of Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery.
