Elizabeth “Beth” Finn of Doylestown, passed away on April 15, 2020 under the loving care of the Keystone House, a residential hospice facility. She was 68 years old.
Born in Doylestown, she was the daughter of the late Robert Finn and Joan Gaughan Finn.
Beth graduated from Central Bucks East High School and earned her degree at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. During this time, she established life-long friendships that lasted 50 years and more.
Beth was many things: A sister to Bob, Jack and Joanne and a sister-in-law to Helena, Patti and George; an animal lover who cherished and loved Hokie, Sadie, Pepper and Sage; a photographer who focused her lens on the intimate, intricate beauty of flowers; an avid reader with an intellectual curiosity; an independent and smart woman; a computer geek who programmed and understood the whys and how of this complicated science; a defier of odds who battled and fought her illnesses with strength and resilience; and a spiritual learner who believed a hug could heal the world.
There will not be a celebration of Beth’s life at this time. However, a gathering of family and friends will be held when we can all fully celebrate and honor Beth’s life.
Memorial contributions in Beth’s name may be made to: The Keystone House, 8765 Stenton Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038.
