Edward W. Miller, of Doylestown passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He was 92 and the husband for 60 years of Elizabeth (Lewis) Miller.

Born in Doylestown, Ed was the son of the late Russell and Virginia Fox Miller.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. Ed was a member of Doylestown Masonic Lodge 245 for more than fifty years and was a past Master. He was also a long time member of Salem United Church of Christ, having served on numerous committees and had been a Deacon.

Ed was preceded in death by his three brothers.

Friends are invited to his funeral service at 2 p.m., Friday, January 25 at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, 2335 Lower State Road, Doylestown, where the family will receive guests from 1 p.m., until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ed’s name may be made to: Salem United Church of Christ, 186 East Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
