Ann M. Fitzpatrick, of Doylestown, died Friday, June 3, 2016. She was 82 and the wife of the late John J. Fitzpatrick, who passed away in 1989.
Born in Connecticut and raised there in the town of Darien, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Marie Cherry Cassidy.
Ann graduated from Wood Tobe-Coburn in New York with a degree in fashion design. She worked for many years as a clothing buyer for Bloomingdale’s.
Ann was very involved with To Live Again and Horizons, groups that supported widows and widowers.
Survivors include her daughters: Sharon A. Fitzpatrick, of Arizona and Sheila M. Fitzpatrick, of Horsham; her sisters: Margaret Montgomery, of Rhode Island and Laura Denham, of Arizona: her brother, Edward Cassidy, of Arizona, as well as her grandson, Tony Major, III, of Arizona.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 235 East State Street, Doylestown. Interment will follow Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown.
