Ruby K. Feild, a longtime resident of Doylestown, died Sunday, July 30, 2017, at Wesley Enhanced Living. She was 104 years old and the wife of the late John Meade Feild, who passed away in 1986.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Ruby lived in the Doylestown area for over 65 years.

She was a charter member of the AF/Doylestown chapter of P.E.O., a volunteer for more than 20 years at Doylestown Hospital and a member of Doylestown Presbyterian Church for more than 60 years.

Ruby is survived by her sons, W. Kendall Feild, of Warminster and Charles Meade Feild, his wife, Pamela D., of California; her four grandchildren, Christopher Feild, his wife, Courtney; Kate Sharkey, her husband, Andrew; Christopher Sinnot, his wife, Robin, and Jennifer Sinnot, as well as her eight great-grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Hannah, James, Haley, Anthony, Lilianna and Thomas. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Esther and Norma.

Services will be held in Virginia at the convenience of the family.
