Robert R. Muller, formerly of Philadelphia, died on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Southampton Estates. He was 93 and the husband of the late Nancy Donnell Muller who passed in 2010.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Remy and Elizabeth Bodie Muller.

Robert attended Perkiomen Prep School, going on to attend the University of Pennsylvania. While at college he took a leave to serve his country in the United States Navy during WW II. Following his time in the Navy he returned to college earning a degree in electrical engineering.

Robert worked at Ingersoll Rand for more than 39 years. He enjoyed playing in multiple bridge groups and also singing in the church choir during the time he lived in Doylestown.

Robert is survived by his daughters: Susan Muller and Barbara Muller Sternlieb, her husband, Jonathan, as well as his two grandchildren: Donnell Gavin of Brooklyn, NY and Robert Gavin III,(Michelle) of Pipersville.

Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service 12 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2017 at Doylestown Presbyterian Church, 127 East Court Street, Doylestown where friends may call from 11 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be private.
