Patricia M (Koschorreck) Smith of Doylestown went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, September 17. She was 77 years old. Patricia’s loving and devoted children tirelessly made sure she was surrounded with unconditional love during the last few difficult weeks of her life here on earth.

Born in Norristown, Patricia was the devoted daughter of the late George W. and Pearl F. Koschorreck. Patricia is survived by her loving older brother, George W. Koschorreck, Jr. and his wife, Alice, of Doylestown.

Patricia lived life to the fullest, her beautiful smile, compassionate demeanor and contagious laugh brought joy to everyone she met. Patricia loved playing bingo, reading, playing five-hundred rummy and socializing with her many friends. Most of all her family came first, she was a true blessing to each and every one she met and once she touched your life she was someone you would never forget. She will be forever in our hearts.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late George L. Smith Jr. and the cherished mother of: George L. Smith, III of Doylestown; Kevin N. Smith of Barto; Patrice M. Czechowski and her husband, John, of Reading; Margaret K. Smith and her husband, Bruce, of New Britain; Robert G. Smith of North Port Florida; Edward C. Smith and his wife, Diane, of Doylestown; Frederick A. Smith and his partner, Mark Harris, of Doylestown and Bonnie S. LeVan and her husband, Phillip, of Hockessin, Delaware. In addition, to Patricia’s eight beautiful children she is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews that will miss her deeply!

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, 2335 Lower State Road, Doylestown, where the family will receive guests from 9:30 a.m., until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia’s name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
