Fidel V. Diaz, Jr. of Catanauan, Quezon, Philippines, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. He was 88 years old. He was the beloved husband of Felisa (Clar de Jesus) Diaz for 50 years.

Born in Laguna, Philippines, he was the son of the late Fidel Diaz, Sr. and the late Sofia Villamin.

He was a retired government employee who worked for the Philippine Department of Public Works and Highways. He loved to cook for families and friends; enjoyed good food and socializing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his 2 daughters: Gina Beahan and Grace Diaz and her husband Darek Szerszen; grandchildren: Mattelynn Beahan and Geoffrey Diaz; his sister, Letty Ramos, and brothers: Rizalindo Diaz, Nanding Diaz, and Edgar Diaz.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Reed & Steinbach Funeral Home, at 2335 Lower State Rd., Doylestown, PA 18901. Interment will be private.
